“Defense was the big key for the game,” De Soto coach Dwight Spencer said, “but it was nice to start scoring some points after the first quarter. It was a great, great win.”

Tami Crow led the Wildcats with 10 points.

De Soto improved to 4-12 and will play host to Ottawa on Friday.
