Lawrence-Douglas County Fire and Medical has responded to additional pipe breaks today.
That's after a series yesterday and over the weekend that left Kansas University's Hashinger Hall and Delta Gamma sorority a little damp.
So far today, water breaks have been reported at KU's Phi Kappa Tau, 1100 Indiana Street, and the Westridge Shopping Center, 6th and Kasold.
Plumbers said Monday that as the temperatures warm, the risk of pipe breaks increases. Earlier today, we provided some tips on keeping your pipes from busting.
