— Johnson County District Attorney Phill Kline turned over medical records to Attorney General Steve Six as required by the Kansas Supreme Court.

Six spokeswoman Ashley Anstaett said Kline delivered the documents Friday and they were “organized as directed by the Supreme Court.”

The records were from patients at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Overland Park.

Kline obtained edited copies of the records as attorney general in 2003-07 but didn’t file charges against the clinic until he became district attorney. The case is pending, and Planned Parenthood has denied any wrongdoing.

Last week, the court ordered Kline to turn over a “full and complete and understandable” set of his materials to the attorney general’s office.

It allowed Kline to keep evidence he gathered against the clinic.

Yes Kline has turned over many records as AG and DA and he's even broken a few. He was willing to sacrifice personal approval by revealing the bloody truth about illegal and unethical killing of preborn human babies in the state of Kansas. Thank you Phill Kline for your service to those who had no voice during their short earthly life! Your great reward is yet to come. Will there be a man or woman with the intestinal fortitude and courage to fill Phill's shoes and go against the establishment grain in order to show voters the extent of illegal activities engaged in by the entrenched, profitable and growing culture of death? For the good of US all we better hope so.
