Waco, Texas — Danielle Wilson had 19 points and 10 rebounds to lead Baylor over Lamar.

The Lady Bears (8-1) started with a 24-2 run over the first 12 minutes. Lamar didn’t hit its second field goal until 7:53 remained in the first half.

The Lady Bears opened the second half much like the first with a 15-6 run to take a 49-16 lead. Wilson scored 11 points during the four-minute stretch.
