Norman, Okla. ? University of Oklahoma starting forward Blake Griffin has been ticketed by Norman police for outraging public decency. Police officer Barry Grippen wrote the citation saying he saw Griffin urinating on bushes in a parking lot near the northwestern edge of the OU campus shortly before 1 Thursday morning.
