Here is today’s Red Dog’s Dog Days workout.

Stretch

Men go to Campanile Hill, three forward and two backward.

Women do 45 seconds each of jumping jacks, mountain climbs, crunches, push ups and leg ups.

Push ups, five narrow, five regular and five wide.

25 straight leg sit ups.

Men and women switch.

Remaining summer workouts – 6 a.m., noon and 6 p.m. through Thursday – will be on the lawn on the northeastern side of the stadium near 11th and Mississippi streets.

Friday, known as T-shirt Day, only one workout will occur – at noon.

Fall workouts begin Aug. 12, at the same spot outside the stadium. Workout times are 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, and runs will begin at 7:30 a.m. Saturdays in the public parking lot at Eighth and Vermont streets.
