Karen and David Bray, Shawnee, announce the birth of their son, Nathan Allan Bray, born July 21, 2008, at Shawnee Mission Medical Center.

Nathan has a brother, Jerod Bray, 11.

His maternal grandparents are Pat and Mary Ross, Lawrence.

His paternal grandparents are Marilyn and Dennis Rannebeck, Lawrence, and the late Allan Bray.

Marti McDonald, Lawrence, will participate in the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Oxford Program from July 20 to Aug. 16 at the University of Oxford in England.

McDonald is a junior studying finance and accounting. She is the daughter of Greg and Julie McDonald.
