Legislative leaders say Sebelius will reject coal plants

Topeka Legislative leaders today said Gov. Kathleen Sebelius has rejected a proposal to build two coal-fired power plants in southwest Kansas.
House Speaker Melvin Neufeld, R-Ingalls, and Senate President Steve Morris, R-Hugoton, met with the governor early today.
They said the governor's decision could trigger a veto override vote today.
