Frank Ryan Male received his Eagle Scout award in ceremonies July 22 at First Southern Baptist Church of Eudora. He was a member of Troop 64, chartered to the Eudora Lions Club.

Male received his Arrow of Light award and joined Troop 64 in May 1998. He earned 33 merit badges and served in several troop leadership positions. He earned his Eagle rank June 1, 2005.

He attended summer camp six times, participated in high adventure trips to the Northern Tier Canoe Wilderness, and Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico.

For his Eagle project he completed improvements to the playground at Sancta Maria Montessori School.

He built a retaining wall, improved drainage and planted grass at the school’s Lawrence location.

He attends Kansas State University and is the son of Frank and Kallie Male, Eudora.

Justin Male received his Eagle Scout award in ceremonies July 22 at First Southern Baptist Church of Eudora. He is a member of Troop 64, chartered to the Eudora Lions Club.

Male received his Arrow of Light award and joined Troop 64 in March 2000. He earned 28 merit badges and served in several troop leadership positions. He earned his Eagle rank May 17, 2007.

He attended summer camp six times and participated in trips to Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico and Sommers Canoe Base.

For his Eagle project he straightened and set up headstones at the Hesper Friends Church cemetery near Eudora.

He attends Kansas State University and is the son of Frank and Kallie Male of Eudora.

Bryce Landon received his Eagle Scout award during ceremonies July 22 at First Southern Baptist Church in Eudora. He earned his Eagle rank on Feb. 1, 2005. He was a member of Troop 64, chartered to the Eudora Lions Club.

Landon joined Troop 64 in September 1998. He earned 34 merit badges and served in several troop leadership positions.

While in Scouts he attended summer camp and participated in trips to Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico and Northern Tier Canoe Area.

For his Eagle project he designed and built two outdoor reference maps for Pinecrest apartments in Eudora. These maps are used by visitors and emergency personnel.

He attends Calvary Bible College in Belton, Mo., and plans to be a minister. He is the son of Barry and Pam Landon, Lawrence.
