Robbie Derritt, a Realtor with Realty Executives-Hedges Real Estate in Lawrence, recently received the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, considered a benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.

Derritt, a buyer’s agent in Lawrence since 2005, earned the ABR designation by attending classroom instruction, with advance coursework. He also met practical experience criteria.

The designation is granted by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors.
