Although the score was tied at 7 in the first quarter, Eudora outscored its opponent 21-0 in the second to pull away.

Ryan Fisher scored the first two touchdowns – a 28-yard run in the opening quarter and a two-yard run in the second – for the Cardinals.

Travis Clarke scored on a two-yard run to make it 21-7, and Fisher caught a pass from Bryan Dudley for a 39-yard score to put Eudora up 28-7 at the half.

Ben Katzenmeier ran one in from 13 yards out to open up the second-half scoring, and Clarke ran another one in, this time from the Trojans’ 22-yard line to give Eudora a 42-14 lead after three.

The Cardinals added 13 more points in the fourth with a two-yard Fisher run and a 51-yard carry by Katzenmeier.

Eudora (1-0) will travel to Central Heights on Friday.
