Clinic praised

What a delightful experience to be able to get a flu shot at the Lawrence-Douglas County Health Department flu shot clinic last Saturday morning at the Knights of Columbus Hall. I was in and out of the clinic in about five minutes. There was plenty of free parking. The clinic was held in the lower level of the building with access on that level – no stairs to negotiate. Many happy, helpful people were manning each station. Thanks to all of those paid and volunteer people that made this possible and a very positive experience. Just another example of the benefits of living in the wonderful community of Lawrence, Kansas.
