Americans over the age of 50 who are looking to regain their sex drive don't have to turn to drugs or hormone therapy. The November issue of AARP magazine has tips for aging couples that find their libido is lagging. Among them:
¢ If your partner's in the mood but you're not, try changing your mind. Say yes to sex and you may feel more aroused when things start to get heated.
¢ Seek medical advice. Your libido problems could be medical in nature, so find an understanding health professional to talk to about your options.
¢ Get physical. Regular exercise will make you feel better about your body and boost sexual satisfaction.
