Chicago markets

As of Friday’s close on the Chicago Board of Trade, wheat for December delivery rose 30 cents, the daily maximum, to $8.555; December corn rose 3 cents to $3.7025; November soybeans fell 8.25 cents to $9.8325. On the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, December live cattle rose 0.4 cent to 97.3 cents; November feeder cattle fell 0.92 cent to $1.113; December lean hogs lost 0.45 cent to 56.92 cents; February pork bellies rose 0.43 cent to 83.4 cents.
