Chicago markets

Agriculture futures fell broadly Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for December delivery fell 5 cents to $8.285; December corn lost 1.5 cents to $3.605; December oats dropped 2 cents to $2.76; November soybeans gave up 9.5 cents to $9.775. Beef and pork futures retreated on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. December live cattle dipped 0.57 cent to 97.4 cents; November feeder cattle shed 0.7 cent to $1.1252; December lean hogs lost 0.6 cent to 57.72 cents; February pork bellies fell 0.18 cent to 85.07 cents.
