I definately wouldn't want to fall from any balcony.

I swung by henry's today and asked about it. It was not the front balcony as I originally thought. It was the higher fire escape ladder on the side. You definitely would not want to fall from it. And unless that place was on fire, he had no business whatsoever being on it.

It's not the fall, it's the sudden stop!

I used to hang out there quite a bit. I hope it wasn't anyone I know.

Of course, aren't there apartments above some of the businesses located on that alley? Maybe it wasn't necessarily a Henry's patron, but the alley was easy to describe that way?

Hmm, I'm afraid I may know this person. If I'm not at home, I'm most likely at Henry's.

Henry's has a bar upstairs. Perhaps the old Last Call patrons are starting to find a new place to hang.
