Bacone batters Haskell, 47-14
MUSKOGEE, OKLA. ? Bacone College raced to a 30-0 halftime lead and spilled Haskell Indians Nation University, 47-14, in non-conference football Saturday.
Haskell (0-5) posted second-half touchdowns on a one-yard run by Victor Ramos and a 25-yard pass from Tyler Sessions to Hunter Smith.
Tailback Quentin Haynes led the Fightin’ Indians with 17 rushes for 105 yards, including a 54-yard run that set up Ramos’ score.
Bacone’s record climbed to 2-5. Haskell will travel to McPherson College next Saturday.
