¢Venturing Crew 2052, chartered to St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church, recently celebrated its fifth anniversary. They watched their crew’s latest Philmont adventure movie, made spider tie-slides and recognized their adult leaders. The members have participated in Philmont treks, attended OKPIK three times, staffed at the National Scout Jamboree, been active in the Venturing Officers Association, and helped at several local camporees and district events, besides attending council Venturing Summer Camp and other council events.

This Venture Crew attended the annual Pelathe District Camporee at Camp Bromelsick on Oct. 27. They also assisted with the Webelos visitation by setting up a lashing station and helping to assemble a wooden bridge. Crew members present were Kelsey Taylor, Casey Hutchins and Grace Clark with adult advisers Ralena McCurdy, Jordan Arnold and Lena Scruggs.
