Childhood center offers free screenings
Lawrence Early Childhood Special Services is providing free developmental screenings of children 3 to 5 years old.
The Wednesday morning screenings, by appointment only, will be conducted at East Heights Early Childhood Family Center, 1430 Haskell Ave. To make an appointment or for more information about the screenings, which will continue through May, call Edie Boehle, 330-1643, or Rusty Schnur Shelton, 330-4476.
