Aquahawks Duo Selected: Alyssa Rudman and Emma Reaney of the Lawrence Aquahawks have been selected to the National Swim Club Assn. National All-Star team based on their performances at the Juniors Nationals in March in Orlando, Fla. Rudman and Reaney will go next month to Hawaii to train.

¢Roesler Low: Chad Roesler carded a 68 and won Sunday’s Jayhawk Golf Club weekly net tournament at Alvamar by one stroke over Robert Ward. Mike Farve was third with a 71. Mike Stein and Tom Taylor each had a 72. Roesler also had the low gross with a one-under-par 71.

¢Rebels Tourney Champs: Kansas Rebels U-12 baseball won the K.C. Sports AAA NIT Tournament last weekend. ¢City Golf Deadline: Early entry deadline is June 22 for the city golf championships on June 30 at Eagle Bend and July 1 at Alvamar Public. Fees for the men’s, women’s, senior and super senior divisions will climb from $100 to $150 on June 23. Anyone who lives or works in Douglas County or belongs to a city golf club is eligible.
