Grain and soybean futures retreated Tuesday. Wheat for July delivery fell 8 1/2 cents to $4.71 a bushel; July corn fell 11 1/2 cents to $3.69 1/2 a bushel; July oats fell 2 cents to $2.69 1/4 a bushel; July soybeans fell 7 1/4 cents to $7.93 1/4 a bushel.

On the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, June live cattle fell 1.10 cent to 92.50 cents a pound; August feeder cattle finished unchanged at $1.1370 a pound; June lean hogs fell .67 cent to 74.65 cents a pound; July pork bellies fell 1.48 cent to $1.0172 a pound.
