Lawrence police say they have recovered most of nearly $4,000 worth of hand tools taken in a burglary from the Lawrence High School auto shop, 1901 La.

Two teenagers are suspected in the burglary, which was discovered about 4 a.m. Sunday. The suspects, 17- and 14-year-old boys, were questioned and released to their parents, police said. An investigation is continuing and reports are being forwarded to the Douglas County District Attorney’s office.
