Chiefs, Pinkard agree
Kansas City, Mo. ? The Kansas City Chiefs agreed to a two-year contract Thursday with tight end Mike Pinkard. The Chiefs originally picked up Pinkard as a rookie free agent in 2003.
Since then, the Arizona State product has spent time on the Chicago Bears practice squad in 2004 and played with two NFL Europe teams. Pinkard recorded 16 receptions for 164 yards last season with the World Bowl XV Champion Hamburg Sea Devils.
