Chicago – Carlos Zambrano won for the fourth time in five starts, and the surging Cubs extended their longest winning streak in two years to six games.

Miami – Xavier Nady and Ryan Doumit hit back-to-back home runs with two outs in the 10th.

Phoenix – Overcoming uncharacteristic wildness, Brandon Webb threw seven shutout innings to lead the Diamondbacks.
