Soybean futures declined and grains finished mixed Tuesday. Wheat for July delivery rose 9 cents to $5.65 a bushel; July corn fell 2 1/2 cents to $3.93 1/2 a bushel; July oats fell 3 1/2 cents to $2.91 a bushel; July soybeans fell 3 1/2 cents to $8.26 1/2 a bushel. On the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, August live cattle rose .30 cent to 90.30 cents a pound; August feeder cattle rose .57 cent to $1.0812 a pound; July lean hogs rose 1.27 cent to 75.67 cents a pound; July pork bellies rose 1.20 cent to 97.25 cents a pound.
