To the editor:

This is the third time someone has stolen the hanging baskets off my husband Kenneth Tuggle’s grave and the graves of my parents, Alvin and Lillie Bond.

My daughter Sharon Musick does this as something special for them. If you are any kind of a decent person, you would return them to the graves so we can get them. Thank you.
