A free seminar, “Feeling Good With Arthritis: Benefits of Aquatic Therapy,” will be conducted from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at TherapyWorks, 1112 W. Sixth St., Suite 120.

Presenters will be Cindy Winters, program director for the Kansas Arthritis Program at the Kansas Department of Health and Environment; Dave Appleman, physical therapy assistant; and Shari Stamer, an American Arthritis Foundation certified aqua instructor.

The event will include examinations and management of individuals with arthritis, including highlighting the benefit of physical activity for people with arthritis and how regular physical activity can help people manage their arthritis pain and improve their quality of life.
