Wade Dexter, assistant executive director for personnel resources at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, resigned as of March 1 or as soon as a replacement could be found. He said he planned to continue in a part-time capacity at LMH but wanted to “cut back a bit on my schedule.” He had been full-time at the hospital for 12 years.
