Chiefs sign DB Bragg from practice squad

? Kansas City signed defensive back Michael Bragg from the practice squad Friday as the Chiefs prepared to play Indianapolis today in the AFC playoffs.

The 6-foot-1, 183-pound Bragg spent four weeks on Kansas City’s 53-man roster midway through the season, before being released and signed to the practice squad.

Bragg signed a three-year contract. Terms were not disclosed.

The second-year player out of Texas A&M-Kingsville will likely replace reserve cornerback Benny Sapp, who did not practice Thursday because of a sore hamstring.
