Lack of ‘O’ costs Eudora girls

? The Eudora High girls basketball team struggled early and never caught up Monday, falling 49-39 to Louisburg.

Kendal Abel, Emily Ballock and Haley Epperson scored seven points apiece to pace the Cardinals (9-10), who will play host to Wellsville on Friday.

Basehor-Linwood 55, Santa Fe Trail 51

Basehor – Kelsi Wiscombe and Brooke Pryor each scored 13 points, but the Chargers couldn’t overcome a hot start by the Bobcats in a Kaw Valley League contest.

Santa Fe Trail (13-6) will return to action tonight against Bonner Springs.

Basehor – The Chargers fell in an early double-digit hole and were never able to recover, dropping to 0-18 on the season.
