The proposed building for Broken Arrow School was ruled not in conformity with the city’s comprehensive plan by the Planning Commission, which voted 6-0 on the issue. A directive was to be sent to the school board to make arrangements for compliance before proceeding with a grade school and junior high school complex in south Lawrence.
