University Bridge Club announces results of its Feb. 10 meeting. Hosts were Marc and Cora Kuepker with Dale and Wanda Kring.

Blue winners were Paul Jordan, first; Al Smith, second; Walt Hicks, third; John Golden, fourth; and Tom Waller, fifth.

Pink winners were Wanda Kring, first; Cora Kuepker, second; Mary Fleske, third; Carol Smith, fourth; and Jane Golden, fifth.

¢The Sunday Afternoon Bridge Club’s next meeting will be at 1 p.m. March 4. The Jayhawk Sectional Tournament will continue today and Sunday at the Lawrence Holidome, 200 McDonald Drive. Sessions start at 9 a.m. today and 10 a.m. Sunday.

¢The Monday Evening Bridge Club played a stratified Mitchell movement at nine tables directed by Virginia Seaver on Feb. 12. Clyde Romer and Vince Nordberg won first in A and B playing North-South, followed by Lois Jones and Jeff Nash who won second in A. Terry Tolar and Vince Russo won third in A. Jo Andersen and Pat Musick won second in B and first in C.

At East-West, Ed Howard and Dave Piro won first in A, and Donna Johnson and Jim Masilamani won second. Pete Petillo and Jerry Sloan won third in A. Bob Hemenway and Jambo Zhang won first in B and C. Eldon Herd and Chuck Hedges won second in B.

¢The Wednesday Afternoon Bridge Club played a stratified Mitchell movement at nine tables directed by Chris Lane on Feb. 7. Wanda Durbin and Suzanne Wassmer won first in A playing North-South. Mark Osborn and Bobby Patton won second in A and first in B, and Lois Clark and Cathy Blumenfeld won third in A and second in B.

Fran Vogel and Mary Joyce won first in C and third in B, followed by Martie Hartman and Betty Spalsbury who won second in C.

Dave Piro and Paul Heitzman led the East-West pairs, winning first in A, followed by Virginia Seaver and Madelyn Jenks who won second in A. Ginny Johnston and Marge Hitchcock won first in A and first in both B and C. Betty Collier and Klee Zaricky won second in B, and Jo Andersen and Pat Musick won third in B and second in C.

Lois Clark and Harry Shaffer won first in A at North-South, followed by Chris Lane and Jeff Nash who won second in A and first in B. Janice Hollowell and Jean Otney won third in A, second in B and first in C. Jo Andersen and Betty Spalsbury won third in B and second in C.
