The Lawrence Technology Association’s monthly luncheon is set for 11:45 a.m. Thursday at Scarlet Orchid, 2223 La.

Jim Stinehelfer, president and chief executive officer of HiPer Technology Inc., Lawrence, will discuss his company and its ongoing development, manufacturing and sales of consumer and industrial products using carbon fiber composite resins to make them lighter and stronger than those made with aluminum.
