Marc Ridenour will receive an Achievement Award next month from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, recognizing the Lawrence-based remodeler for receiving the highest scores on the organization’s national certification tests for two consecutive years.

The tests designate Ridenour as a certified remodeler, indicating his knowledge, technical comprehension and skill in the remodeling trade. The program covers business methods and practices, building codes and construction law, planning and building site layout, and trades skills for remodeling a home or business. Ridenour is president of Natural Breeze Remodeling, Lawrence.

The association will present the award during its national board meeting March 24 in Austin, Texas.
