Buffalo Runners: Tom Kreissler and Steve Riley, both of Lawrence, finished 2-3 overall in the Buffalo Run 7K Saturday in Parkville, Mo. Kreissler won the men’s ages 20-29 division, and Riley was the masters champ while running in the ages 50-59 category. Keith Dowell of Lawrence was second in the 50-59 division. The Sandrats (Kreissler, Riley and Matt Brisch) won the men’s team title.

¢City Leagues: Organizational meetings for city adult spring leagues are coming up. Basketball will be Tuesday at the Community Building, slow-pitch next Thursday at the Holcom Rec Center and dodgeball next Thursday at the Community Building. ¢Breslauer Second: Fran Breslauer of Lawrence finished second in her age group in the Kaiser Permanente Half-Marathon Sunday in San Francisco. Breslauer was clocked in 2:12:39.
