Jefferson County man killed in overnight accident
One other man injured

A head-on collision Monday night in Jefferson County killed one driver and injured another, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
The fatality victim was identified as John Michael Nunn, 43, of Valley Falls. Nunn was driving a 1991 Honda Accord south on Kansas Highway 4 near the Shawnee County line when the car went left of the center line, a Highway Patrol report stated.
Nunn's car was struck by a northbound 2003 Ford pickup truck driven by Thomas J. Henninger, 71, Topeka. Henninger was transported to St. Francis Hospital in Topeka. He was in good condition, a hospital spokesman said.
The accident occurred about 10:20 p.m.
