The Wednesday Afternoon Bridge Club’s game Dec. 19 was directed by Chris Lane. The North-South players were led by Mona Bell and Chris Lane at first in A and B, with Harry Shaffer and Ed Howard at second in A. Kent McCullough and Chuck Hedges placed third, with Judy Hildreth and Dianne Childs in fourth. Klee Zaricky and Betty Collier were second in B, while Grant Sutton and Jim Gross were first in C.

The East-West players had Craig Huneke and Virginia Seaver in first place, followed by Paul Heitzman and David Piro. Julia Brooks and Pat Lechtenberg came in third. Carol Ball and Nita Scales placed fourth in A and first in B and C. Shari Krentzel and Eldon Herd placed second in B.

¢The Friday Afternoon Bridge Club played a Howell movement directed by Virginia Seaver on Dec. 21. Sally Taylor and Yvonne Hedges placed first in A and B, with Virginia Seaver and Klee Zaricky placing second. Harry Shaffer and Lynn Hui came in third, while Clyde Romer and Kent McCullough placed fourth.

Jim Gross and Grant Sutton placed fifth in A, second in B and first in C, with Jolene Andersen and Janice Hollowell placing third in B and second in C.
