Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ A 51-year-old woman was the victim of a purse snatching Thursday in the parking lot of Kohl’s Department Store, 3240 Iowa. A 30-year-old Eudora man was arrested. According to Lawrence police, at 1:56 p.m. he drove by and ripped her purse from her shoulder without getting out of the vehicle. The purse was recovered.

¢ A 49-year-old Lawrence man reported a theft of hunting items to Lawrence police Wednesday. The items include a Guardian Hunting Bow, Trophy Taker Fallaway Arrow Rest and a Bohning Arrow Quiver. Total estimated loss is $1,270. The incident occurred between Sept. 12 and 3:41 p.m. Wednesday in the 1900 block of West 31st Street.

¢ A 28-year old Lawrence woman reported a $1,964 theft of several computer items, including an Iomega external hard drive, Adobe Creative Suite 2 and Microsoft Office 2004. The crime occurred between 4 p.m. Dec. 14 and noon Sunday.
