NBA Roundup

Kings 106, Nets 101

East Rutherford, N.J. – John Salmons scored a career-high 31 points and passed to teammate Francisco Garcia for a decisive three-pointer to lead Sacramento over New Jersey.

Brad Miller added 23 points, and Ron Artest had 20 for the Kings, who claimed their second road victory of the season.

Lakers 103, Bulls 91

Chicago – Sasha Vujucic scored 19 points, Lamar Odom added 17 points and 16 rebounds, and Los Angeles beat Chicago. Slowed by a groin injury, Kobe Bryant scored 18 points for the Lakers, but was a non-factor for long stretches against the team he targeted as a possible destination during the offseason.

Raptors 80, Clippers 77

Los Angeles – Chris Bosh scored 12 of his 24 points in the third quarter to help Toronto take the lead for good. Bosh also had nine rebounds to become Toronto’s career leader. His 2,847 betters Antonio Davis’ mark of 2,839.

Jamario Moon added 16 points for the Raptors, whose tight defense seemed to throw the Clippers off their shooting rhythm.
