W.H. Quakenbush, veteran handwriting expert who had worked for more than 40 years with law enforcement agencies across the nation on forgery cases, died here at his home. He was 94. He had been president and co-owner of the Lawrence business college from 1900 until the highly regarded school closed in 1951.
