Detroit — Rudy Giuliani wants to be president, but he still thinks like a prosecutor when it comes to Barry Bonds.
"The reality is that he set a record with a lot of questions hanging over him," said Giuliani, a former U.S. Attorney in New York. "Maybe it is because I spent so many years in the criminal justice system, but I still think of people as innocent until proven guilty."
