Gould Evans promotes three and hires two

Gould Evans, an architectural design firm, announces the promotion of three associates and the addition of one intern and one part-time associate in its Lawrence office.

Gaining promotions to senior associate are three former Gould Evans interns, all of whom are associate members of the American Institute of Architects and received architecture degrees at Kansas University:

¢ Kelly Dreyer, who worked on the design team for the new South Junior High School. He joined the firm full-time four years ago, and also earned an architectural engineering degree at KU.

¢ Sarah Cauthon, who worked on a recent addition to Southwest Junior High School. She joined the firm full-time in 2001.

¢ Steve Vukelich, who worked on the team that designed the new Celebration Center for First United Methodist Church, joined the firm full time in 2000.

Gould Evans also announces the addition of a new intern: Tristan Telander, a graphic designer who is a senior at KU, pursuing a degree in graphic design and illustration. She anticipates graduating in December 2007.

Shana Kelley, a KU sophomore, has joined the firm as an administrative assistant. She is studying civil engineering, with a focus on structural design.
