Law enforcement report

¢ Two Kansas University students reported that two people sold them magazine subscriptions from a fictitious company between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday at Templin Hall. The students lost a total of $151.

Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ A 20-year-old Lawrence man reported more than $1,300 in loss when a safe, foreign cash and other items were taken from his residence in the 2600 block of University Drive. The incident occurred between 7:20 a.m. and 2:40 p.m. Monday.
