Chicago markets

Wheat futures jumped while other agricultural prices fell Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for September delivery rose 26 cents to end at $6.9250; December corn fell 4 cents to $3.45; December oats rose 1 cent to $2.60; November soybeans fell 15.75 cents to $8.66. On the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, October live cattle rose 0.27 cent to 91.02 cents a pound; September feeder cattle rose 0.45 cent to $1.1580; October lean hogs fell 1.6 cent to 69.80 cents; February pork bellies fell 2.73 cents to close at 92.77 cents.
