The volunteer should have experience in the personnel/human resources field or with business development.

¢ Women’s Transitional Care Services needs volunteers to help with Take Back the Night on Thursday, Oct. 4. The event will provide a place to take a stand against violence and abuse in the community.

Planning meetings will be every second and fourth Thursday of the month until the event. Meetings start at 6 p.m. and usually last about two hours.

Volunteers on stage can work as actors and crew members helping with props, costumes, set construction, lights and sound.
