Debra Bolton of Garden City is the newest member of the Wildlife and Parks Commission.

Bolton, an extension specialist with Kansas State University, is a doctoral candidate in human ecology at Kansas State University.

She replaces James Harrington, who recently relocated from Liberal to Stillwater, Okla. Her term will expire in 2009.
