Church-state relations expert to visit city

An expert on church-state relations is the 2007 Theologian in Residence, a program sponsored by 18 local churches, faith organizations and university departments.

Derek Davis is dean of the College of Humanities and interim dean of graduate programs and research at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas. He’s former director of the J.M. Dawson Institute of Church-State Studies at Baylor University and former editor of the Journal of Church and State.
