Jack C.K. Chen, a diplomat with 20 years of experience who is now serving as director general for the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Kansas City, Mo., will be the featured speaker during a Kansas International breakfast meeting at 7:30 a.m. Friday, April 20, at Alvamar Country Club.

Cost is $10 for students and $15 for adults.
