Seattle ? The Seattle Mariners placed right-hander Cha Seung Baek on the 60-day disabled list Monday due to tendinitis in the triceps. Seattle called up right-hander Jorge Campillo from Triple-A Tacoma to take Baek’s roster spot. Campillo was available for Monday night’s series opener against Oakland. Baek pitched well in his month with the Mariners, making a strong bid for next year’s rotation. Called up from Tacoma on Aug. 22, Baek was 4-1 with a 3.67 earned-run average in six starts.
