What he did: Clayton, a forward, scored seven goals spread across three games. He notched both goals in Tuesday’s 2-1 win against Leavenworth, the lone tally in a 1-1 tie Thursday with Shawnee Mission East, and four goals in Saturday’s 10-0 rout against Junction City.

What she did: Renfro clocked a time of 15 minutes, 3.6 seconds Saturday to finish third in the girls half of the Topeka Seaman Invitational. She led a strong Lions contingent that included five runners in the individual top 20 and a second-place team finish for LHS.
